If one of your New Year’s resolutions is to have more productive meetings that generate better results, plan on attending the Big Sky Chapter of ASTD’s January session on how to improve your quality of thinking. Long time ASTD member Donna Pavlish will introduce Dr. de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats® method of Parallel Thinking. These six different types of thinking tools are designed to reduce meeting time by keeping discussions on topic, accelerate decision making, and stimulate innovation.

Donna Pavlish has been in banking for 30 years here in Billings. She is currently an Instructional Designer for First Interstate Bank and has designed and facilitated training courses for over 2,000 employees in Montana, Wyoming and South Dakota.
